Abstract: Development of a COM (Component Object Model) component used for the communication with „GCS Escorte“ data acquisition units.
Used technologies:
  • Visual Basic (ActiveX, COM Components)
  • HTML (Online documentation)
Remarks: An object model has been designed to allow the developers to communicate with the data acquisition units without deep knowledge of the under laying communication protocol.
Project status: The component is used within several client projects.
